This system provides optical and audible signaling of the moment of overflight of the individual VKV position radio beacon in the ILS system during the final approach to landing and descent phase. These are unmanned stations in the extended axis of the runway, outside the airport area at the stations of the OM, MM position radio beacons. The system of VKV position beacons installed on flight base of the army of the Czech Republic type NORMARC NM 7050D meets the requirements according to L10 / I (ANNEX10) and was put into operation in 2016.
