Tribotechnick\u00e1 laborato\u0159 Zku\u0161ebny speci\u00e1ln\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f a pohonn\u00fdch hmot v od\u0161t\u011bpn\u00e9m z\u00e1vodu Vojensk\u00fd technick\u00fd \u00fastav pozemn\u00edho vojska ve Vy\u0161kov\u011b se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 tribotechnickou diagnostikou motor\u016f, p\u0159evodovek a hydraulick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f. Pro tyto \u00fa\u010dely slou\u017e\u00ed nov\u00fd FTIR spektrometr NICOLET iS20,<\/strong> umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed identifikovat druh pohonn\u00fdch hmot, d\u00e1le obsah paliva, vody, glykolu, antioxida\u010dn\u00edch a protiod\u011brov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edsad, oxida\u010dn\u00edch produkt\u016f, nitra\u010dn\u00edch a sulfata\u010dn\u00edch produkt\u016f a saz\u00ed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Identifikace druhu pohonn\u00fdch hmot se prov\u00e1d\u00ed porovn\u00e1n\u00edm FTIR spektra vzorku s FTIR spektrem deklarovan\u00e9ho druhu pohonn\u00fdch hmot. Porovn\u00e1v\u00e1 se tzv. oblast otisku palce (Obr\u00e1zek 1) <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Obsah paliva se vyhodnocuje na z\u00e1klad\u011b porovn\u00e1n\u00ed FTIR spektra vzorku s\u00a0FTIR spektrem t\u00e9ho\u017e nepou\u017eit\u00e9ho nov\u00e9ho oleje. P\u0159irozen\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem se m\u016f\u017ee do motorov\u00e9ho oleje dostat a\u017e 5% hm. paliva, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i \u010dast\u00fdch a opakovan\u00fdch j\u00edzd\u00e1ch vozidla na kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti, kdy se motor nesta\u010d\u00ed zah\u0159\u00e1t na provozn\u00ed teplotu. Pokud mno\u017estv\u00ed paliva v oleji p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed uvedenou mez, znamen\u00e1 to ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f z\u00e1vadu na motoru a je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed servisn\u00ed z\u00e1sah. Obsah vody a glykolu se vyhodnocuje podobn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. P\u0159irozen\u011b se m\u016f\u017ee do motorov\u00e9ho oleje dostat a\u017e 0,2 % hm. vody. Pokud mno\u017estv\u00ed vody v oleji p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed uvedenou mez, je nutno olej vym\u011bnit. Je-li zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd obsah vody doprov\u00e1zen p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed glykolu, znamen\u00e1 to z\u00e1vadu na chlad\u00edc\u00edm syst\u00e9mu motoru a je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed servisn\u00ed z\u00e1sah (Obr\u00e1zek 2). Obdobn\u00fd postup je aplikov\u00e1n p\u0159i stanoven\u00ed ostatn\u00edch parametr\u016f. \u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
